KERRY Hospice Foundation created a special garden at the grounds of the Palliative Care Unit at UHK to mark Sunflower Day yesterday.

The garden is part of a special fundraiser where people could make a donation and in return they would plant a sunflower card on your behalf, in memory of a loved one or just someone you are thinking of this time of year.

The fundraiser is still active until the end of June so you can access the idonate page by clicking here.
