The Kane Building at UCC where a man died yesterday.
A KERRY man studying at UCC has died after a fall at the university on Thursday.
The man was in his 20s and died after falling a number of storeys in the Kane Science Building.
The incident is believed to have happened at lunchtime yesterday.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the student was taken to Cork University Hospital but died from his injuries.
Students at the university are being offered support by the UCC Students’ Union following the incident.
