THERE won’t be any Kerry v Cork Munster SFC final this year.

The great rivals will meet in the semi-finals of the 2020 Munster senior football championship for the first time since 2012, after the draw was made this morning.

Kerry fans will once again have to travel to the Rebel county for the game which is likely to take place in late May/early June. So it’ll be an early big day out for Kerry supporters!

Apparently, Kerry still owes Cork a home venue game from when Pairc Ui Chaoimh was being developed. The normal home-away arrangement will resume after the 2020 game.

Elsewhere, Waterford will play Limerick in the first quarter final, while Clare will meet Tipperary in the second quarter final, with the winners of those games meeting each other in the semi-final.
