Tralee Sports Complex.
KERRY have come up against Cork in many sporting contests over the years but this Thursday evening in Tralee Regional Sports and Leisure Complex has to be a first as teams from Tralee IT face Cork IT in an Intervarsity Dodgeball contest.
Teams from nearby Kerry College of Further Education will also take part. The event has been organised by the ITT Events Society and is in aid of the Kerry Cancer Support Group.
The event is one of a kind and the evening promises to be a very entertaining one. Entry is €5 and doors open at 6.30pm. There will be music, refreshments and spot prizes on the night so come along and join in the fun.

Breda from the Kerry Cancer Support Group said that they are really looking forward to the event and is delighted with not only the financial support but the awareness raised for the organisation.
She said that it is great to have a Kerry – Cork event considering that the charities signature service the Kerry-Cork Healthlink Bus transports service users from Kerry and parts of Cork to hospitals in Cork for their cancer treatment every day.
She thanked the students for their hard work in organising the event and encouraged the people of Tralee and beyond to come along and not to miss out on what is hopefully the first of many such competitions for Tralee.
