THE building in Denny Street which is home to The Kerryman and AIB offices will be auctioned in Dublin next month.
According to the Allsop Space website, the property has a reserve range between €825,000 to €875,000 and will go under the hammer at the auction which will take place at the RDS Dublin on Tuesday, December 9 starting at 10am.
Neither businesses will be affected immediately by the sale as the ground floor let to The Kerryman has a lease expiring in 2027 (with a €90,000 per annum rent reserve), while the lease on AIB upstairs expires in 2028 (with a €70,000 per annum rent reserve).
The property comprises a mid terrace three storey period style property. Both the ground floor demise and the first and second floor demise benefit from independent access. To the western periphery of the building there is a pedestrian archway providing direct access to Abbey Street to the rear.
