FRIDAY night presents a great opportunity to meet face to face with a legend of Irish sport, Brian Cody.
The undisputed greatest hurling manager of all time, will be in town to present medals to the Tralee Parnells underage hurling teams as part of their awards night in the Meadowlands Hotel.
This is a great boost for the only exclusively hurling club in Tralee which was disbanded in the 20’s and brought back to life in 2012.
Brian Cody, took over the Kilkenny job in 1998 and since then he has steered ‘the cats’ to 10 All-Ireland titles. In that time arguably overseeing the greatest density of success Irish sport has ever seen.
