KIRBY’S Brogue Inn has been announced as the winner of Ireland’s Great Roast Competition 2019 in the Munster Pubs category.
It’s the third year in a row that Kirby’s Brogue Inn, at the bottom of The Rock in Tralee, has achieved the accolade from Unilever Food Solutions.
Famous for serving great locally sourced food, the proprietors of Kirby’s Brogue Inn, Kevin and Fiona Cotter, pride themselves in the quality they offer from morning to night, seven days a week.

Kevin Cotter, who’s delighted with the Munster title for the third successive year, said: “Fiona and I are proud of our team of chefs and food court staff who served up this success. Our loyal customers continue to show their satisfaction and confirm the great taste of our food by returning again and again.
“Winning the Munster title for the third year in a row is a testament to the work that our team puts into serving simply excellent roast dinners. We wish to thank everyone who has played a part in securing this award.”
Kirby’s Brogue Inn will receive three branded chef jackets and a framed Ireland’s Great Roast competition certificate.
