A 23 year old man has been remanded in custody after appearing in Cahersiveen District Court today charged in connection with a double stabbing in Tralee.
Forty-seven year old Kamil Fital and his son, 17 year-old Hubert received stab wounds at their home in Woodbrook Lawn, Tralee on Tuesday.
Brian Keane, of No Fixed Abode, was also charged with theft of a cheque for €1,500 and over €1,400 in cash from a house in Shanakill sometime between November 10-11 and trespass of a property in Monalee.
He consented to being remanded in custody to appear at Tralee District Court next Wednesday.
