GARDAI in Tralee have arrested and charged a man in his 40s in relation to a burglary at a shop on Abbeycourt, Tralee on the night October 9.
Shortly after 8am on October 10, Gardaí received a report of a burglary that had occurred overnight.
During the burglary a large number of power tools were taken from the premises. Gardai carried out a search of the area and recovered all of the stolen property which had been hidden in a nearby park.

Following an investigation by Gardaí in Tralee, a man in his 40s was arrested yesterday, November 7.
He was detained at Tralee Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 and has since been charged to appear before the courts at a later date.
