A TRALEE resident has appeared before Killarney District Court charged with the murder of 24-year-old man in Killeen Woods three years ago.
Dimitry Hrynkevich died in hospital four days after being found unconscious on the front lawn of a house in Killeen Woods on September 30, 2015.
Arnoldas Ivanauskas, originally from Lithuania, but with an address at Parklands, Tralee, was arrested at The Kerries in Tralee earlier today.

He was brought before Killarney District Court and charged with Mr Hrynkevich’s murder. The court was told that when charged and cautioned this morning Mr Ivanauskas made no reply.
Mr Ivanauskas was remanded in custody to appear again before the District Court in Tralee on Wednesday. He was granted legal aid and was represented in court today by solicitor Pat Mann.
