A WEST Limerick man who bought his winning Lotto ticket in Listowel, collected a cool €131,795 in Dublin today.
The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, won the prize when he matched five numbers and the bonus in the Lotto draw on Saturday, July 30 2016.
Speaking today, he said; “I’d three tickets in my wallet and just got around to checking them on the ticket checker the other day. I was surprised when I got the message to contact National Lottery.”
When asked how he plans to spend the winnings he joked; “It will keep me out of trouble! I’ll put it into the house.”
The family man, who wishes to remain private, bought his lucky Quick Pick ticket in Applegreen, Stag Retail Park, Dromin Upper, Listowel.
