MANOR West Retail Park in Tralee is on the market with a guide price of over €55,175,000 according to a story in The Irish Times.
US investor Marathon Asset Management has instructed agent Cushman & Wakefield to bring the site to market.
The guide price represents a 6% discount on the €59 million the current owners paid for the park back in 2015.

The Irish Times article states the park’s overall rental income has grown by over 25 per cent under Marathon’s stewardship. In 2015, the annual rent roll stood at about €4 million.
The Park has a number of large tenants across its 29-acre site including Tesco, Next, TK MAXX and Harvey Norman to name but a few. The next few months will see Jysk and The Range also move into the Park.
