Audiology Medical Services, Ireland’s leading independent Audiology Company, is proud to be unveiled as the associate sponsor of this year’s PROBUS All Ireland Rally.

The 2018 PROBUS All Ireland Rally will commence on Tuesday, May 15, with a number of events including a parade from the Mall to the Brandon Hotel where Kerry County Council will host a Civic Reception for all Registered Delegates and Registered Companions.

Actor and Storyteller Owen McMahon will be the Master of Ceremonies at the opening night concert which will feature music from the award-winning Opus 96 Chamber Choir and Réaltaí Nua Traditional Group.

Liam Sayers, the President of PROBUS 1997 Club Tralee who are organising the Rally, said: “Firstly, we are proud to announce such an esteemed group of guest speakers. It would not be possible to offer our delegates such a wonderful programme without our main sponsor, Audiology Medical Services, the welcome contribution from the Kerry County Council Community Support Fund and the support from a number of local businesses. Over the three days of the Rally, we look forward to delivering a quality programme of entertainment, seminars and delegate-outings to some of the top tourism landmarks in Kerry.”

PROBUS is an international organisation of retired and semi-retired men and women who join together in autonomous clubs. The word PROBUS is an abbreviation of PROfessional and BUSiness but membership is not restricted to these specific groups.

The 10 PROBUS Clubs in Kerry, eight of which are in Tralee and one each in Dingle and Castleisland, have a total membership of nearly 350 members, with a waiting list of people to join some of the clubs.
