A LOCAL man is inviting people to come to Manor West Shopping Centre on Sunday between 12 noon and 3pm to meet and have photos taken with costumed characters from Star Wars.
Members of the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion will be dressed as good guys and bad guys from the franchise while the folks from Reel Icons Ireland will be present in Marvel and DC characters. Photographer Keith McGlynn is hoping fans of the franchises come for the fun make a donation to a great cause.
He is raising money in memory of little Éanna Coffey (who passed away in October 2016), for the Butterfly Skin Disease Charity, DEBRA Ireland.

There will be a bucket collection and a bumper raffle on the day. Entries are €5 each and 100% of the money raised is going to DEBRA Ireland.
There are three great spot prizes; An amazing hamper full of fragrances and cosmetics from Sam McCauley Chemist, a voucher for Pro Fitness Tralee and a Star Wars Lego set.
