WE’RE more used to yellow and orange rain and wind weather warnings, so this comes as a welcome, if sticky, change.
Met Éireann has issued a weather advisory for high temperatures until this Friday. It will continue to be very warm until the weekend, with day time temperatures into the high twenties and very humid at night with temperatures staying in the mid to high teens.
The warning is valid from 12 noon today to 12 noon on Friday. It looks like a big change is on the way then with persistent rain coming in on Friday afternoon, clearing to sunshine and showers for next weekend.
