MET Eireann has issued a Status Yellow Wind warning for Kerry, Clare and Galway to take effect from tomorrow at 12 noon.
Northwest winds will strengthen on Sunday with mean wind speeds of 50 to 65km/h and gusts of 90 to 100km/h. The warning is valid from 12 noon until 10pm on Sunday night.
Meanwhile, tonight (Saturday) will see heavy showers move in to Kerry from around 6pm lingering until the early hours of Sunday.
Sunday will see showers in the morning with dry spells until late afternoon when it will become more showery again.
