WELL we won’t see Nancy Myles opening again as a pub.
Kerry Independent TD, Michael Healy Rae, owns the property and has applied for planning permission to redevelop the building which ceased operating as a public house/restaurant some years ago.
He is seeking permission from the Council to change the use of the Ballymullen property into nine residential units. A decision is due on the application on September 5.
The Ballymullen area is too derelict and needs renewal and development!
