Operation Transformation

A moment of reflection

On Friday evening our walking group paused for a moment to light candles and think of Ashling Murphy who so tragically lost her life earlier this week.

The thoughts of our whole club and community are with Ashling Murphy her family, friends and community at this unimaginably difficult time

Munster Finals

Many congratulations to the first of the three Kerry Club Sides to play this weekend in the Munster Junior Final  as Gneevguilla ran out winners against Ballina of Tipperary. Well done and best wishes in the All Ireland semi final to the players, management team & all club members at Gneevguilla GAA.

Commiserations to Austin Stacks side who had a hard battle in the Munster Senior Club Final versus St Finbarrs of Cork. In an enthralling encounter they just missed out on the day but we say a big well done on a great campaign to former Milltown Castlemaine Manager Wayne Quillinan his players and coaching team along with the fantastic stacks support. There can be no doubt they will feature again in the coming years.

Finally also in action on Sunday in the Munster Intermediate Final where Na Gaeil became Munster champions in a victory against Corofin of Co Clare. Well done and best wishes in the All Ireland semi final to the players, management team & all club members at Na Gaeil GAA.
