Condolences: Everyone at Milltown/Castlemaine GAA Club offers our most sincere condolences to the family of Pádraig Clifford who so sadly passed away earlier this week.
Pádraig a wonderful local man who was always there to help anyone who needed it including our club, we wish that he may rest peacefully along with his darling wife Elaine.
Our thoughts and prayers are with their four boys along with Pádraig and Elaine’s extended family at this very difficult time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
AGM: Our AGM was postponed this weekend as a mark of respect for the Clifford & Harrington Family. The new date for our club AGM will be issued in due course.

Coaches for 2022: It’s that time of year again where the head coaches of our various teams from MC Minis all the way up to our Senior Team are planning for the year ahead.
The Head Coaches for each team are in place and all looking to form a team of coaches / supervisors to help them for the year ahead. If you or anyone you know would like to get involved or if you are new in the area and would like to know more please contact Coaching Officer Ian Twiss on 087 2521053.
Operation Transformation: Our OT Walking Groups will be walking on the usual evening Monday and Wednesday from 7.30-8.30pm and Friday 6.30-7.30pm, lights will be on until 10pm each night so keep it going everyone and keep walking.
Well done everyone that signed up to the Irish Life ‘My Life Steps Challenge’ at the weekend we passed the 4,000km mark and got entered into the draw for O’Neills Prizes which is fantastic, we want to keep it going now and see just how far we can go. MKL – Walk for Ashling: Also as a mark of respect for the passing of Padráig Clifford the MKL Charity Walk/Run that was planned has been rescheduled. The Run/Walk to Leinster House for Adapt Kerry in memory of Ashling Murphy will take place on Sunday 6th February at a time to be confirmed.
