Fundraising Lotto Jackpot Draw Winner
Congratulations to John Quirke, Gransha Lower, Castlemaine, who was the winner of our Lotto Jackpot worth €6,000 on Friday night last.
Drawn numbers were 10,21,31 and the bonus number was 7. John is a yearly lotto ticket holder and purchased his lucky ticket from Eileen Lovett and Ciaran Kelliher. He is our second big winner in just over 2 months- with in excess of €30,000 paid out in prize money since August 9th and the club is delighted to reward all those who purchase tickets for our fundraising Lotto Jackpot. Our club lotto is our only ongoing fundraiser and the club relies heavily on it for the general day to day running of the club. Our next draw is on Friday, October 1st in O’ Shea’s Bar, Milltown. So if you are in a shop/ pub or business establishment during the week, why not consider purchasing a ticket(€2 each or 3 for €5)….. you will be supporting our club and in with a chance of winning or sharing €5,000. We also offer a match 3 -win/share €700 and our regular 6 consolation prizes. You too can buy a yearly lotto ticket for just €50- with your numbers automatically entered into every draw for the year.

Under 14’s
Hard luck to our under 14’s who came up against a very strong Laune Rangers side in the Mid Kerry A Championship Final on Sunday last.

Under 6’s:
Special thanks to Listry GAA for hosting our Under 6’s on Friday evening last. There was good fun had by all and some great football played. Míle buíochas to all involved.
Juniors:
Our juniors were defeated by Cromane on Saturday last in the Mid Kerry O’ Sullivan Cup semi- final.
The Milltown Castlemaine side formed a guard of honour for recently retired Kerry stalwart Donnacha Walsh as he entered the field of play on Saturday evening- to acknowledge his wonderful contribution to football, both at club and inter county level.

We wish Donnacha many more happy days of football with his club.
