Congratulations to Larkinann McCarthy and her husband Dónal Kelliher (senior player) on the birth of their first baby – a boy whom they have called Dan.

Race Nite :
A fantastic night of fun and fundraising was had at our annual Race Nite in Knightly’s Bar, Castlemaine. Sincere thanks to all those who purchased horses or placed advertisements in our Race Catalogue. We also appreciate the generosity of those who supported us on the night as well as those who donated spot prizes.
Congratulations to Margaret Hayes, Ballycrispin who was chosen as ‘ Best Dressed Lady’ and Christy O’Sullivan – ‘Best Dressed Man’.
Thank you to our excellent host Helen,  for your hospitality and generosity and to her husband Frank who was our MC for the night. Your wit and humour made it a most enjoyable evening for everyone.

Under 16’s Mid Kerry ‘A’ Championship
Commiserations to David Heasman and his management team of Paud Hogan and Cathal Moriarty on their defeat to Laune Rangers on Sunday afternoon.
The entire panel played their hearts out and despite a gallant comeback, they were very unfortunate to lose out in extra time.
Congratulations to Laune Rangers on their well deserved victory.

Congratulations to the quiz team from Milltown Castlemaine GAA Club -winners of the 1st of six quizzes by the Milltown Listry Fleadh Committee as part of their fundraiser for the upcoming County Fleadh. Well done to the team of Podge Leane, Deirdre O’Sullivan, Pat Heffernan and John O’ Sullivan.
