Covid-19 Vaccine:

We wish all the residents and staff of Ashborough Lodge Nursing the very best as they receive their scheduled Covid 19 vaccines on January 15th. Fanaigí go léir slán sabháilte.

Back To School:

Best of luck to all the students and educators in our community as they return to remote learning and teaching following the Christmas Holidays. This is a very challenging time for everyone. What’s most important is that we all play our part in ensuring we do our level best to try and reduce the transmission of the virus by adhering to the advice of the HSE, WHO and NPHET.

CLUB AGM:

Our club AGM is scheduled for January 29th. With recent changes to restrictions as part of Covid-19, we are still awaiting confirmation of the format of the meeting. In the interim, should any-one be interested in getting involved in the club, please contact any member of the club executive.

Gym/Pitch Closure:

Given the current exceptional rise in infection rates of Covid 19 and the increased risk of community transmission, the GAA has taken the decision that club pitches and gyms must stay closed until further notice- at least for the remainder of the month of January. Under the current Government Regulations neither training nor games are permitted at club level. The safety of everyone has to be our primary focus.
