Lee Strand County League-Under 16:
In Round 1 of the County League, our U16’s (kindly sponsored by Norman Foley -Spar and Burkes Butchers) travelled to Gallarus and after a great performance they came away with a super win on a score line of An Ghaeltacht 3.14, Milltown Castlemaine 4.13. Well done to all.
Central Region-Under 14:
Our U14’s got off to a great start in Division 2 of the Central Region competition with a win over John Mitchel’s on a score line of 5.15 to 4.05. There were great performances all round. Well done to Conor Spillane who kicked 3.06 on the night as well as working hard when moved into midfield. Also well done to Anthony Barrett who was excellent in the half back line. The next u14 match is on Monday June 26th at 7, when they are at home to Churchill.
South Kerry Development Squad:
Congratulations to club players Cillian Burke and Anthony Kelliher who are part of the Kerry South U14 development squad.
Golf Classic:
When the excitement of The Ring of Kerry Cycle and The Munster Finals are over –there will be no better way to chill out than a day’s golfing in Killorglin Golf Club. So why not join us in our inaugural fundraising Golf Classic -sponsored by Derek Twiss in Killorglin Golf Club on Saturday July 8 th
Tee times are 7 am to 4 pm.
First prize is €600, 2nd is a Football in Waterville and 3rd is a Four ball in Beaufort.
Prizes also for nearest to the pin and longest drive.
You can enjoy complimentary tea/coffee and scone on arrival and a delicious BBQ on the 10 Th!

Our seniors- sponsored by Larkin’s Bar and Restaurant and Kelly’s Londis Top Shop are away to Glenbeigh Glencar on this Saturday with a 7.30 p.m. start in Round 6 of The County League-Division 1.
Mid Kerry League Final:
On Saturday July 8th, Milltown Castlemaine will take on Laune Rangers in the Mid Kerry League Final. The venue is Beaufort- with a 7.00 p.m. throw in. This promises to be a thrilling encounter so make sure to head along and give our senior team your support.
