KERRY College of Further Education students had a great opportunity to gain an insight into the booming tourism sector in Ireland when they received a visit from Minister of State for Tourism and Sport Brendan Griffin on Friday.
The event was attended by, among others, the Tourism with Business students at the college and in an interactive session which lasted over an hour, Minister Griffin answered many questions from the floor about the sector.
This is the second year that the tourism and business course has been offered and is growing from strength to strength.
