WITH just two weeks to go until the opening night of That’s Entertainment 2014, the excitement is steadily building amongst the cast of Tralee Musical society (recent winners in the ‘Best Ensemble’ section of the Amateur Irish Musical Society awards).

The finishing touches are being put to the exciting medley of music and talent soon to be seen by Tralee audiences. Planning a show with a difference, this year’s run of performances, directed by the multi-award winning Oliver Hurley, is running over Hallowe’en weekend from the October 20 through to November 2.

With a fun, spooky and exhilarating line-up in keeping with the Hallowe’en theme, this year’s variety show  includes excerpts from Wicked,  Matilda, Smash, and Hairspray as well as a Barry Manilow section, an Irish section and several comedy sketches.

With plenty more besides, this show is well and truly jam-packed with entertainment, and organisers have already seen huge interest since tickets went on sale, especially since they extended an invitation for all children (big and small!) attending the show on Halloween night to come in Fancy Dress.

With prizes for best costumes and sweet treats provided for the kiddies, it will be a Halloween night not to forget!

There will be five shows including the matinee, and tickets this year are €18/€16, with the matinee priced at €15.

Nightly performances commence at 8pm with the Sunday matinee starting at 2.30pm. Book by calling 066 7123055, or book online at www.siamsatire.com
