One Murder and a Christening:   Na Gaeil clubhouse was the place to be last weekend where the hilarious comedy, One Murder & A Christening was staged over Friday & Saturday nights.

Due to the success of last year’s One Wedding & a Funeral, tickets for this event sold out within days of being advertised. Those lucky enough to secure a seat were treated to a fun filled night from start to finish!

From the moment these amateur thespians stepped on stage it was a laugh a minute, full of comic innuendos & witty one liners, which entertained the very receptive audience as the plot unfolded.

This scrip, superbly written by our own very talented Mary Quirke and produced by Margaret Doody far exceeded people’s expectations with many of the audience commenting that this production could well be taken on tour!

People were awestruck by the transformation of the clubhouse on the night & amazed at the standard of the overall production.

The only complaint post performance was that people had pains in their faces & sides from laughing so much!!! The ultimate compliment from both shows was that people would love to see this outstanding comedy/drama again & again.

This was a huge undertaking for our club & we are so grateful for the tremendous commitment from everyone involved.  CLICK HERE TO SEE PHOTOS
