Na Gaeil U12 boys football team that played in a Munster GAA Blitz in Fitzgerald Stadium on Tuesday last.

Seniors    Na Gaeil travelled to Dingle on Saturday evening to play the home side in Round 9 of the County League in good playing conditions.

Na Gaeil played with the aid of a slight breeze in the first and competed well all over the field setting up many attacks.

The scores in this half came from Ian McCarthy, Jamie Lowham, Dara Devine, Eoin Doody(2) and Diarmaid Herlihy. The score at half time was 8 points to 6 in favour of Dingle and Na Gaeil were unlucky to be trailing by two.

Unfortunately the concession of two goals early in the 2nd half didn’t help Na Gaeil’s cause and from here on Dingle took a firm foothold on the game and ran out easy winners in the end on a score line of 2-19 to 1-10.

Dara Devine scored the Na Gaeil goal in this half with the points coming from Dara Devine and Jamie Lowham.
