All Ireland Final Replay   It was great to see Diarmuid O’Connor lining out in his first senior All Ireland Final with Kerry in Croke Park on Saturday joining his Na Gaeil club mate Jack Barry.

A very proud day for everyone involved in our club to see two of our stars involved in a senior final and acquitting themselves so well.

Unfortunately things didn’t work out as planned on the day for Kerry but we look forward to many good days ahead for this team and look forward to supporting them in 2020.

Team Of The Year    Congratulations to another Na Gaeil young star Devon Burns on being selected on the Electric Ireland Minor Team of the Year. Devon was selected for a fantastic season between the posts for Kerry making many magnificent saves along the way. Well done Devon.

Lee Strand Plate Final    Congratulations to Na Gaeil U13 football team, captained by Sean Barrett who won the Plate in the Lee Strand Competition last weekend. The team played three games in the group stage on Saturday and qualified to play Na Piarsaigh of Cork in the semi-final.

After a tough battle our boys won their way to the final. We played Kerins O’Rahillys on Sunday. As e had a slow start, we were down four points at half time and down seven points mid way through the second half. But the lads showed great determination and a never say die spirit and fought back to win in the end by two points.

A special thank you to the management team of J.J. Canty, Tomás O hAiniféin, J.P. Felton and Richard Heaslip. Also thanks to the parents and all our supporters over the weekend.
