Lotto Relaunch    Unfortunately, due to some technical issues we have to postpone our first lotto draw which was due to take place on Tuesday October 13th. Hopefully this is only a temporary postponement and we hope to be up and running shortly. We will keep you posted.

GAA Update    Following confirmation that all 26 Counties have moved to Level 3 of the Irish Government’s Plan for Living with Covid -19, the GAA’s Covid Advisory group has issued the following key updates for those involved in Gaelic Games in the 26 counties:  The GAA have made the decision that no club games should take place until further notice.

The position will be reviewed after two weeks. All under age training must be on a non-contact basis in pods of up to 15. Adult training can continue as normal. Dressing rooms, showers, gyms and all other indoor training facilities should remain closed. No indoor meetings should be held. Club Bars must remain closed until further notice. Inter County games will go ahead but will be behind closed doors. We will keep you posted on any further updates from GAA Headquarters.

U10    The U10’s had their final session on Sunday with over thirty present, in Killeen. The session concentrated on fitness and by the end they were all well deserving of their tasty rewards. Some of their senior heroes presented them with medals and the curtain came down on a very successful and enjoyable season. Thanks to all the coaches, parents and players who made this short but mighty season so enjoyable.

Na Gaeil Goers    Na Gaeil Goers running, walking and fitness initiative which was due to kick off last Tuesday night has now been postponed until further notice due to the current Level 3 restrictions which came into effect last week. It will go ahead as soon as these restrictions are lifted and when it is deemed safe to do so.

Clubhouse The clubhouse is closed for all outside activities and the gym will also be closed until there is further clarification from GAA Headquarters as to when they can re-open. This means that our Monday night bingo, Tuesday night lotto and Wednesday night card playing are suspended until then as well as all other activities that normally took place there on a weekly basis.

Clothes Collection There is now a Clothes Collection Bin situated in Na Gaeil car park for use by all members of the public.
