U15    For the first time in a number of weeks our U15 team didn’t have a game last Wednesday evening. They now await details of the upcoming Central Region U15 competition which is due to start shortly. In the meantime training will continue on Monday, Friday and Sunday.

U11    The U11 boys were down in numbers at training on Sunday as many are on holidays. Nonetheless they still managed to put in a good training session in sunny Killeen before their next match on Thursday evening next.

U9    Our U9 footballers welcomed Currow to Na Gaeil on Sunday morning where they had an enjoyable morning’s football.

Munster Final     We congratulate Jack Barry, Diarmuid O’Connor and the Kerry team on their emphatic victory over Cork in the Munster Final, in Fitzgerald Stadium on Sunday.

Unfortunately Diarmuid sustained an ankle injury early in the first quarter and had to leave the field of play. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope that he will be back in time for the All Ireland semi final.

Jack worked very hard around the middle third of the field and capped a fine display with two well taken points. Kerry now await the winners of Monaghan and Tyrone in the Ulster Final next Sunday.

Summer Camp    Na Gaeil Summer Camp will run from Monday August 2nd to Friday August 6th from 10am to 1pm each day. The cost is €30 per child and €20 for each additional child. All juveniles are invited to attend.
