Kerry U16 Girls: Na Gaeil had 2 girls, Aoife Barrett & Eve Broderick, on the Kerry U16 B team who defeated Clare yesterday in the Munster championship. Well done girls. Keep it up.

Kerry LGFA: Mary O’Connell and the Kerry Ladies continued their great form by registering their 5th straight win in the Lidl Ladies National Football League last Saturday when they beat Meath by 12 points in Brosna. The win sees them through to the Division 1 final.

Allianz Football League: Well done to the Kerry team especially Jack Barry and Stefan Okunbor who got the better of Armagh by a single point last Saturday in Round 4 of the National League Division 1. It was a special occasion for Stefan as it was his first time starting for the team.

Allianz Hurling League: Unfortunately Dan Goggin and the the Kerry hurlers just came up short by a single point against Offaly in Round 3 of the National Hurling League Div 2A.

Senior Ladies: Over the weekend our senior ladies team took part in the Paidí O’Sé Tournament in An Ghaeltact. They lost out narrowly to Thomas Davis from Dublin but then went on to win the Shield final against Crosserlough from Cavan.

Senior Men’s Tralee/St. Brendans Board Fixtures: Our senior team played their third and final game in the Tralee/St. Brendans Board league last Friday night away to John Mitchels.

It was a close, competitive game all through but in the end it was John Mitchels who finshed stronger to win on a scoreline of John Mitchels 2-12, Na Gaeil 2-9. The focus now switches to the County League which will begin on St. Patrick’s weekend in March. Our first game will be away to An Ghaeltacht.

U5 Boys & Girls: Great turnout and a great morning training (yesterday) by our under 5s in the MTU. Catching and kicking were prioritised. And a very special mention for all our new coaches who helped out. New members are always welcome. Contact Denis on 087-2808719.

U7 Boys & Girls: Busy morning yesterday in MTU. Our under 7s developed their kicking and hand passing and finished with a game. New members are always welcome. Contact Shane 086-8380434.

U9 Boys: Currently training every Sunday morning in MTU. New members always welcome. Contact Mick 086-1509191.

U11 Boys: Well done to our under 11 boys who were out in force in the MTU yesterday. Great numbers turning up to training and improvements are being made weekly! New members are always welcome. Contact Gavin on 087-2793334.

U17 Boys: The Minor County League Div 4A continues next Sautrday at 3pm when we host Cordal/Scartaglen. Your support would be greatly apppreciated.

Bingo: Every Monday evening in Na Gaeil clubhouse at 8pm sharp. Over €1,000 in cash prizes guaranteed every week, with an accumulator jackpot in play each week. Double book €10, Single book €6, Mini book €3. Jackpot Sheets €2 each. Bus service available on 087-2817577.

Fundraiser for Earthquake victims: Instead of cooking on Sunday the 12th March, come along to the clubhouse between 4.30pm & 7pm and enjoy a home cooked meal for €10 per adult & €5 per child. This is a fundraiser for the people devastated by the earthquake in Turkey & Syria, & all monies raised will go directly to charities working on the ground in those two countries. Please support.

Hire the Hall: The hall in the clubhouse is available for parties or other events. Please email nagaeilclubhouse@gmail.com if you’d like to make a booking.

Na Gaeil cycle club: Cycle each Saturday at 9am from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.

Cards: The weekly 45 card game is back. Every Wednesday night, starting at 9pm sharp. Bring your own partner or come along and we will get you a partner.
