NATIONAL GAA Draw :In association with Croke Park, Na Gaeil are participating in a Monster 15 Prize Draw for prizes including All Star trips , trip to New York, €1,500 travel voucher, 2 €1,000 shopping vouchers and hurling and football All Ireland packages etc. Draw will take place in February.
Tickets are € 10 each and are available from any Executive Member or in the Club Bar.
CELEBRATION DANCE: Our dinner dance will be held in the Meadowlands hotel, Saturday the 7th of February 2015. €35 per person.
LOTTO: The draw for the jackpot of €8,300 took place on Tuesday evening last. Numbers drawn were 1, 3, 8, 20. There was no winner. €50 winners were Ciaran Donovan Alan O Connor.€25 Winners were Jonny Maunsell, Mary O Mahony, Pauline Fitzmaurice, Aidan O Connor. Next week’s lotto is worth €8,400 all welcome for draw in club, each Tuesday at 10.30pm
GOLF: We played in Castlegregory on Monday the 29th in our annual golf outing. We had a nice breezy dry day with a great turnout. There was plenty of good golf played with the course in great shape. Thanks to Castlegregory for a great welcome and to Sean and staff who laid out some fine food for us for our prize giving.
Scores were very close on the day but overall winners were Richie Barrett, Mike Barrett and Barry O Donoghue with a net score of 65 winning by 1 shot. Nearest the pin was Barry O Donoghue, longest drive was closely contested but Dan Lucey won it in the end. Well done to everyone who particpated.
SYMPATHY: Sincere sympathy to Mary O Mahony and family on the death of Seamus O Mahony Monavalley.May he rest in peace.
CARDS: Every Wednesday night in clubhouse. This is a very sociable occasion where you meet your friends for a great night’s entertainment and relaxation.
BINGO: Na Gaeil bingo is run every Monday night at the clubhouse in Killeen at 8.30pm. This is a vital fundraiser and 100% of the funds are reinvested back into the club. Na Gaeil bingo has grown from strength to strength and continues to grow. Thanks to all the parents who often their time to help run the bingo
