THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that July was an incredibly busy month for auctioneers, with 40 property sales in the Tralee area in transactions fetching a total of €10,921,268.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in July was for a block of apartments in Park Lane for over €3.2m.
Outside of Tralee, the most paid in the county in one transaction was for a house in Glencar for €1,975,000.
