THE Tralee Chamber Alliance has published a new brochure to showcase Kerry’s Capital Town as the perfect destination for business, retail, education and for life.

The Business Destination Brochure has been designed to give a flavour of what Tralee has to offer and why the town should be considered as a place in which to do business and ultimately boost job creation.

The brochure was sponsored by AIB Bank and it was launched this morning at a Business Breakfast Briefing at Manor West Hotel, Tralee by Kerry North Labour Party TD, Deputy Arthur Spring.

“Ireland’s reputation as a world leader for ease of doing business is well established,” said CEO of Tralee Chamber Alliance, Kieran Ruttledge. “Tralee exemplifies this with its positive approach to business across many sectors, its skilled and flexible workforce and its respect for, and encouragement of, entrepreneurial spirit and vision. All we ask is that if you are considering setting up or relocating a business that you give us a call and allow us to show you what Tralee has to offer.”

The brochure has set out to highlight the town’s vibrant, adaptable and expanding workforce which is enhanced by the presence of two major education/training facilities – Institute of Technology Tralee and Solas.

Deputy Arthur Spring, said: “Quality of life plays an important role in the decision making process when a company considers its options for a new business-base and Tralee boasts many distinctive qualities, in particular the fact that you can get from the office to the beach in 10 minutes. Tralee is the retail capital of the southwest, the home to global business such as Kerry Group, Aspen Grove Solutions and BorgWarner and overall a great place to live.”

The document contains useful contact details for enterprise support agencies such as Kerry Local Enterprise Office, IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Kerry County Council and local Real Estate Agents.
