A NEW space created by members of a religious faith in Kerry will be officially opened at Pearse Park on Saturday at 3pm.

The community decided to build the garden as a gift to the people of Tralee and  to help the Tralee Tidy Towns effort.

Established in 1863, the Bahá’í Faith is a religion teaching the essential worth of all religions, and the unity and equality of all people.

The official opening will be performed by Mayor of Tralee Norma Foley at 3pm on Saturday. If the weather is bad, the ceremony will be moved to Siamsa Tíre.
