The Burger Shack at St Brendan’s Park will re-open with a new look this Monday.
THE fast-food institution that is ‘The Burger Shack’ in St Brendan’s Park is scheduled to re-open this Monday with a bigger and better look after a period of renovation.
The restaurant has been closed in recent weeks for a complete overhaul of their current premises, while also extending into the building next door, which they recently obtained.

TraleeToday.ie got in contact with Paul Riordan of The Burger Shack to talk about some of the changes that we can expect to see on re-opening.
“We’ve done a total re-vamp with new toilets, new walls and tiles, new floor and some equipment aswell. It’s been very extensive. They [regular customers] won’t know the place, it’s a major, major change,” said Paul.
“The place was a bit small, noisy and cluttered before. Now it’s more spacious, cleaner, airier, the toilets are a lot bigger so it’s been very good. It’s brought it up to a more modern standard really,” he said.
