No Increase Again In Confirmed Cases Of COVID-19 In Kerry

THERE was no increase in the number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Kerry announced this evening, with the total so far in the county at 303.

This is the third day in a row that no new cases have been reported for Kerry. It is not known how many of the 303 people have recovered from the virus.

Fifteen more deaths from the virus were reported this evening in Ireland at the daily briefing from the National Public Health Emergency Team.  This brings the total of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 to 1,467.

The number of people who have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland so far, now stands at 23,135 after 139 new cases were confirmed this evening.

Kerry has the 17th most cases in the country after Dublin (11,175), Kildare (1,331), Cork (1,232), Meath (760), Cavan (753), Louth (730), Wicklow (646), Westmeath (643), Limerick (582), Mayo (522), Tipperary (523), Donegal (472), Monaghan (449), Galway (392), Offaly (351) and Clare (305). The Department’s Covid-19 information dashboard can be accessed by clicking here.
