No New Kerry COVID-19 Cases, Six More People Have Died Nationally With The Virus

NO new confirmed cases of the Coronavirus were reported by the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) for Kerry today.

The number of people who have contracted the virus so far remains at 310.

According to the HSE’s Daily Operations Update, there was one patient with COVID-19 in University Hospital Kerry as of 8pm on Tuesday night.

The number of people who have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland so far, now stands at 25,396 after five new cases were confirmed this evening.

There were six additional deaths from the virus reported this evening in Ireland.  The total number of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 is 1,726.

Kerry has the 19th most cases in the country after Dublin (12,218), Cork (1,535), Kildare (1,476), Cavan (861), Meath (808), Louth (780), Wicklow (697), Westmeath (672), Limerick (583), Mayo (572), Tipperary (543), Monaghan (536), Galway (485), Offaly (483), Donegal (464), Clare (369), Kilkenny (354) and Roscommon (345). The Department’s Covid-19 information dashboard can be accessed by clicking here.
