No Rise Again In Kerry But 68 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Nationally

THERE was no new case of Coronavirus reported for Kerry this evening, with the total number since the start of the pandemic still at 318.

The number of people who have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland so far, now stands at 26,712 after 68 new cases were confirmed this evening by the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET).

19 cases are located in Kildare, 17 in Dublin, 15 in Offaly, 12 in Laois and 5 in Donegal.

There was no additional deaths from the virus reported this evening in Ireland.  The total number of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 is 1,772 (one death was denotified).
