Number Of Events Planned For Tralee This Weekend Called Off

IN light of this morning’s announcement of new measures to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, a number of events which were due to take place in Tralee over the coming days have been called off.

CBS The Green’s ‘Big Maggie’ had been cancelled for Thursday and Friday night. A ‘Gourmet Spring Barbecue’ fundraiser organised by the Caherleaheen NS Parents Association for Ballygarry House Hotel on Friday night, has also been called off.

The Tralee Harriers Half-Marathon 10k and 5k Race to take place on Saturday morning has been postponed until further notice. Also, the Kerry Pride bingo event in The Rose Hotel on Saturday night has been cancelled.
