Then the Third and Fourth Class ran a sweet shop to raise money for Animal Health Net Kerry.
All the pupils showed great entrepreneurial skills in their ventures.
The afternoon finished with a performance by local band Q14. Bernard O’Connor, a guitarist with the band, is a former pupil of O’Brennan and the school were delighted to welcome him back.
His sister Fiona is currently a First Class pupil at O’Brennan. The band performed their original material to a very enthusiastic audience.
A fun day for great causes then.
