THERE’S a great day planned on Friday, November 16 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of O’Brennan NS.
They are having a celebration to mark the occasion, beginning with an Open Morning for visitors from 9.30am to 11.30am and everyone is welcome to come along. There will be light refreshments, music and entertainment.
Then in the evening, a gathering in the Ballygarry House Hotel Pavilion from 7.00pm onwards, will see a BBQ with music, dancing, spot prizes and a chance to reminisce with old friends. Tickets are €25 and are available from the school office. Call 066-7137448 or email obns@ias@eircom.net.
