SIX people were arrested after a violent incident at Rath Cemetery this lunchtime, in which one man was injured.
The injured person is currently receiving treatment at Kerry General Hospital.
The six are being taken into Garda custody at Tralee and Castleisland garda stations after violence broke out after the funeral of a settled Traveller.
It’s believed the violence is related to a feud between Traveller factions in the county.
Slashhooks, broom handles and other weapons were seized by gardaí at the scene.
No charges have yet been brought.
