MINISTER for Education and Kerry TD Norma Foley welcomes the approval of funding today under the Minor Flood Mitigation Works & Coastal Protection Scheme of €24,170 for a project at The Spa Seawall, North Kerry Way.
The Seawall, which was severely damaged in storms back in January 2018, is a popular part of the North Kerry Way just outside Tralee. used by both locals and visitors.
The recently announced funding will ensure the necessary repairs can be carried out and the seawall secured going forward.
