IF you’ve been passing by the Moyderwell area in the past number of weeks you might have noticed a bit of work going on.

Kerry County Council has been giving the parking area across from Tralee Library a bit of a facelift to make it look more attractive. It’s worked.

How the space across from Tralee Library used to look.

Now there is a much better use of the space. A tarmacadam footpath divides the space between the wall and parking spaces with grass margins between.

There is also new trees set in the area and three very smart looking benches. It’s all part of making the Mitchels/Moyderwell area look better and it’s a job well done. Scroll down for photos…
