A TRALEE solicitor was honoured at the Irish Law Awards on Friday night.
Pat Mann received the Special Merit Award at the event was held in the Clayton Hotel in Dublin.
The recipient of such an award, selected by the judging panel, has made a significant and noteworthy contribution to the law that deserves to be celebrated.

Now in their 9th year, these awards aim to identify, honour, and publicise outstanding achievements, while also recognising those who have dedicated their lives to serving in the legal profession.
The annual event is designed to recognise excellence in the legal profession of Ireland, commending the achievements of lawyers.
