FUTURE brides, grooms and their family members converged on Ballygarry House Hotel on Sunday for a special event to show what they have to look forward to on their big day.
The hotel invited the couples who have already booked their wedding at the venue for a Bridal Recognition Day.
“We run this event every January, exclusively for our brides and grooms who have their wedding coming up in the hotel in the next few years. We expect close to 300 people here today,” said General Manager at Ballygarry House Hotel, Thys Vogels.
“It’s a way of saying thank you to couples who put their faith in us for their wedding day,” said Thys.

There was also a number of businesses set up in the main ballroom – travel agents, photographers, jewellers and more – to show couples the services they offer before, during and after the big day.
Those attending enjoyed a drinks reception, a chance to see what the businesses can offer and then a barbecue afterwards. Scroll down for photos…
