THEY had a lot to compete with, what with the Late Late Toy Show being on, but they held their own in The Ballymac Bar on Friday night for a fundraising table quiz.
Coláiste Gleann Lí held their annual quiz at the Boherbee pub to raise funds for the school and local charity Comfort for Chemo Kerry.
They had about 12 tables on the night and some questions in round one were in which state is Yosemite National Park? How many All-Ireland medals does Stephen Cluxton have and who is Sheldon’s girlfriend in The Big Bang Theory?
No bother to them! There were spot prizes donated by local businesses and Mary Fitzgerald of Comfort For Chemo Kerry and John Creagh of the Ballymac Bar/Coláiste Gleann Lí expressed their thanks to prize sponsors and all who attended. Scroll down for photos…
