TRANSITION year students of Gaelchoáiste Chiarraí held a fashion show on Wednesday night at the Rose Hotel at 7.30pm, but it also saw a student lose his hair for a great cause.
The students walked down the runway in everything from sports wear to Debs dresses and spot prizes were also raffled off on the night in aid of their TY Project.
Barra Ó Siochrú and Laura Hynes acted as MCs for the night and Barry kept everyone entertained with a live commentary as Tadhg Lynch and Luka Brosnan shaved his hair in aid of The Irish Cancer Society.
Barra raised approximately €560 so far for the charity whose mission is to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
