THERE was some stunning work on display from art students of night classes held at Colaiste Gleann Lí, at the school on Thursday night.
The 42 artists, ranging in age from 18 to 86 years of age, have been attending classes in eight week courses from October to March under the direction of local artist and teacher June Hewitt-Cournane. On Thursday their work went on display at the school showing a diverse range of styles.
Mervin Clifford, Adult Education Director at Coláiste Gleann Lí thanked those attending and praised June Hewitt-Cournane for her work with the artists. Scroll down for photos…
